Returns Policy

1. SHIPPING POLICY

Coffee Products:

At SOLUDE Coffee we work closely with our roasters and shippers to ensure we meet our “Great Coffee” promise. We endeavor to roast and ship all in-stock coffee orders within two business days. Our normal roasting days are Monday through Friday. That means if you place an order by 4pm on Monday, we will usually be able to ship your coffee by end of day Wednesday. If you make an order on a Friday or over the weekend, we will typically have it ready for shipping by end of day Tuesday.

In order to make our pricing as simple as possible, we make a standard charge per order to ship our coffee anywhere in the USA. We may waive this charge from time to time. Please look out for special shipping offers on our website. The shipping charges (unless waived) will be shown on your invoice and can also be viewed prior to finalizing your order.

Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, but we will never change the shipping charges for an order once it has been placed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

Non-Coffee Products:

We endeavor to ship all in-stock products within two business days. Please allow between five and eight business days for delivery once an order has been shipped.

All shipping charges for our other non-coffee products are your responsibility, unless specifically waived by SOLUDE Coffee. Shipping charges for our other non-coffee products will vary based on the products ordered. All shipping charges (unless waived) will be shown on your invoice and can also be viewed prior to finalizing your order. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice, but we will never change the shipping charges for an order once it has been placed.

We are not responsible for any shipping delays or problems once the product has been shipped.

2. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICIES

Coffee Products:

Our goal is for you to enjoy SOLUDE Coffee as much as we do! However, if you are not completely satisfied with the coffee you purchase from SOLUDE Coffee, please don’t return it to us. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery and we will happily refund your money to your card. Alternatively, we are happy to replace the coffee ordered with the same coffee or another of your choosing (provided the price is the same or less).

Other Products:

If there is any reason you are not satisfied with any non-coffee product you purchase from us, you may return it within ninety days of delivery for a replacement or a refund of the purchase price. Any gift item shipped to you may be returned for a SOLUDE Coffee merchandise credit that can be used on a future order from us.

3. INCOMPLETE, INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ORDERS
